Official contest rules
Through its accounts on social networks, Night Gear Solutions (PRIMANOX s.r.o.) organizes contests for material prizes, which are provided by third parties free of charge. The organizer of the competitions is the company PRIMANOX s.r.o., Kalinčiakova 6206/2, 974 05 Banská Bystrica, ID number: 53324048, registered in OR OS Banská Bystrica, section: Sro, insert no. 40894/S.
Competitions are held in the territory of the European Union through individual contributions published on official profiles:
for a specified time, which is clearly and visibly indicated within a specific post containing a competition.
The social networks Facebook and Instagram and their operators have no obligations towards organized competitions. The competitions are in no way sponsored, approved or organized by them and have no connection to them.
A natural person who meets the conditions for registration on social networks Facebook and Instagram becomes a participant in the competition by writing a comment under the published competition post or fulfilling other conditions published at the time of publication.
Persons under the age of 18 must have the consent of a legal representative to participate in the competition. Only a participant with a delivery address in the territory of the European Union can become a winner.
Legal entities and employees of the organizer, as well as persons close to them, pursuant to §116 of Act no. 40/1964 Coll., as amended (Civil Code), are excluded from the competition.
Due to the fact that the competition may include the contestants’ works of authorship, each participant hereby grants consent to the modifications and any use of the work in accordance with the provisions of the Copyright Act as amended by the organizer for marketing purposes connected with this competition free of charge, unlimited by time and place.
The winner or winners will be selected by a designated representative of the organizer or a jury designated by the organizer’s representatives, based on compliance with established rules. The winner will be informed no later than seven days from the end date by commenting under the competition entry.
The organizer of the competition does not store any personal data of the participants, with the exception of the winners. By participating, each participant gives consent to the fact that their personal data accessible to the public on social networks can be used in marketing communications.
The winner will receive instructions to contact the organizer to coordinate prize delivery (in person via a third party or by shipping). By participating and winning, the participant agrees that the organizer can use personal data in the scope of name, surname, address, and e-mail for the purpose of delivering the prize.
Each participant has the right to information about the processing status of their personal data, the right to correction, disposal, or to object to marketing usage.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of the draw, a new winner will be drawn. The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision regarding compliance with conditions.
The participant agrees that the organizer will not be responsible for taxes resulting from the winnings according to Act no. 595/2003 Coll. on income tax as amended.
The organizer reserves the right to change the rules, cancel the competition, or adjust durations and conditions. Winners have no legal right to exchange the prize or claim financial compensation.
The participant acknowledges that winnings cannot be claimed through the courts. Provisions of Sections 612 to 627 of the Civil Code do not apply. By participating in the competition, participants express their consent to be governed by these rules.
