From a small e-shop to a complete night vision solution
Night Gear Solutions was founded in 2021 by three people with one shared passion: night vision – Technician Matt, Matúš and Ondrej. Matt brought more than 15 years of experience in professional night vision assembly. Matúš and Ondrej brought the drive to build something better than a typical reseller.
Year after year we have grown into what we are proud of today: a company with its own professional lab, its own showroom, our own products, very fruitful partnerships across the EU, in America and in China – and customers who keep coming back. We don’t hide in the background. We are proud of what we have built, and we are happy to show it.

Every NGS night vision device starts on our workbench
Our lab is equipped with professional technology for assembly, purging and testing. Every NGS night vision device is built by hand – and built with care, because we enjoy doing it right. The same four steps apply to a single PVS-14 for a hunter and to a batch for a national tender.
Configure
You choose the housing, tube, FOM, phosphor and optics – we help you pick what truly fits your use and budget.
Assemble by hand
Our technician assembles the device by hand in our lab in Slovakia with the tube you selected.
Purge & test
Nitrogen purging and a full functional and optical check – every device, no batch sampling.
Document
You receive the tube datasheet, the quality checklist and an NGS service book with your device.

- Shooting competitions. We actively compete at events such as Czech Combat and Combat Challenge – often with our own night vision stage. Our team shooter is fast, precise and regularly finishes near the top, proving that NGS is about action, experience and passion, not just words.
- With the units. We regularly visit units and bases, present our gear and let soldiers try it themselves – instead of relying on someone behind a desk who has never held a device to choose it for them.
- Trade fairs & exhibitions. Together with our public procurement partner we exhibit at defence and security fairs and meet the people we build for.
- Gaming, too. We helped bring realistic night vision into the PC game Gray Zone Warfare by MADFINGER Games.

In 2026 we opened our own showroom in Topoľčany. Partners visit us regularly – and so do everyday customers who want to touch, try on and compare before they decide.
