We ship from our workshop in Slovakia to all 27 EU countries. The price depends on your delivery country and on the value of your order – the exact price is always shown in the cart before you pay.

Every product page shows its availability and an estimated dispatch date. These are the general rules:

Accessories and devices marked “In stock” or “Ready to ship”.
Night vision built to order
We assemble and test each device by hand. If parts are held in customs it can take up to 4 weeks – we will let you know.
Photonis ECHO / ECHO+ tubes
Depends on the manufacturer’s allocation – from a few weeks to a few months. We confirm the date within 2 business days of your order.
Pre-orders
Pre-order products ship on the date given on the product page.
The carrier’s delivery time is added to the dispatch time – within the EU usually a few business days, depending on the country and method. When you pay by bank transfer, we dispatch after the payment arrives.
Before you order
Cash on delivery is not available for shipped orders. You can pay in cash only when you collect your order in Topoľčany. See all payment options.
Packeta and GLS send you delivery updates by e-mail or text message, so you know when your parcel is on its way and when it is ready to collect.
Please check the package when you receive it. If the packaging is damaged, you can refuse the parcel or note the damage with the courier and contact us right away.
If part of your order is ready earlier, we only send it separately with your consent and at no extra cost to you.
We sell and ship to the 27 EU countries. Shipping within the EU has no customs duties – prices on our website already include VAT.
Every order comes with a VAT invoice. For larger or recurring orders, become a partner alebo si contact us.
Shipping questions
Is shipping free?
Shipping is free in Slovakia for orders from 1 000 €. In the Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Austria, Croatia and Slovenia, Packeta delivery is free from 1 000 €. In other EU countries the price is reduced from 1 000 € – see the price list. Personal pickup in Topoľčany is always free.
How is the 1 000 € limit calculated?
We count the value of the goods in your cart including VAT, before shipping. Once you reach 1 000 €, the lower shipping price appears in the cart automatically.
Can I collect my order in person?
Yes – choose “Personal pickup in Topoľčany” at checkout. Pickup is by appointment; we will contact you to agree on a time. You can also test the device in our showroome when you collect it.
Doručujete aj mimo EÚ?
No. We currently sell and ship only to the 27 EU countries.
When will my night vision device arrive?
Devices built to order usually leave our workshop within 2 weeks (up to 4 weeks if parts are held in customs), plus the carrier’s delivery time. Devices in stock ship within 1–2 business days. The estimated dispatch date is shown on each product page.
Can I return a product?
Consumers can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. Read our reklamačný poriadok and use the return form.
